SNACK - "Lactic Acid Fermented Snack"

Here's an example of a snack that sounds really gross, "lactic acid fermented snack" was practically the only English on the package besides "original well-being". Still I made the purchase because to me it looked like some kind of honey-coated pretzel. After eating a few bites it was very clear it's not a pretzel, the best way I can describe it is like brown flour deep fried and coated with honey and nuts. I give this snack 4 out of 5 stars, it is a pretty good snack and if more available I would buy more often.

SNACK - Pepperoni chips

Chips, chips, annnnnd, chips yes a sign I am indeed American as each time I am in Poland I find out fast how surprised everyone is at my potato chip consumption. Before I started this blog I ran across so many great snacks in flavors that are sometimes laughable. I guess it's time to get out there and find them again. For now I have this great bag of pepperoni flavored chips. My guess before I eat any is that they will taste like any other chip that uses red pepper to flavor it. Yes, I realize that this is not such an unusual flavor, but, it's also not the typical flavor here in the states.

taste: very mild, not like pepperoni at all, more like the typical "Paprika" flavor chip in Poland.

A side note: on the side of the bag it reads:
The yummy Chio Chips flavours provide a composition of unique flavour variations in an optimal intensity for pure enjoyment! ha ha

DRINK - Apple, lychee, lime, and chokeberry juice

For my first post, it may not seem unusual to some but I am always on the look-out for any great juice combination. The combination of Lychee, lime, and chokecherry (or aronia) make a perect combination for almost a "cooling effect". Most people I know are not to big on lychee, but in small doses and mixed with other juices it really adds to the flavor.

time to start

I have been wanting to find the time to work on this blog. Finally it is born, bear with me as I redesign it as we go. For now I need to just get started with some posts.
